I can't convince the doctor in the Iron District to help me.

My speech is high but he keeps accusing me of working for Uncle(which is true) and then refuses to help me take down Blaster. I tried to beat Blaster with Gabriel dozens of times but it never works out.
EDIT: Nevermind. I raised my speech skill to 96% and picked up the smooth talker perk and I was able to convince the doc to help me.
