Locations of Combat Armors?

Hey there,
1) I can't access the Mutant Hunters combat armors, otherwise Lystra will leave the group.
2) Chuck is dead, and I can't access his stuff.
Any other suggestion?

Pogema Mulitary Base -> West-northwest of Albuquerque at the edge of the map.
Bring a rope and explosives. (Dynamite worked for me)
There's also a minigun inside.
Be prepared to fight a deathclaw on your way out.
I visited it at a fairly low level so I probably missed out on some stuff - it seemed way to short for me.
BTW there are too few good merchants in game IMO and the only one in Albuquerque is killable in a quest.

When there are certain quests that you want to do that your companion is against or doesn't like.
tell them to wait at location, do the quests solo, come back to them and they don't have a clue
